The Tektronix dual width adapters are accessories that fit the side-by-side terminals on test fixtures for the 576, 576/172, and 577/177 curve tracers.

  • 013-0098-02: Transistor adapter useful for most single and dual bipolar transistors and some MOS FETs
  • 013-0099-02: FET adapter useful for most single and dual FETs
  • 013-0102-00: Long lead transistor adapter that accepts dual or single transistors with untrimmed leads
  • 013-0103-00: Long lead FET adapter that accepts dual or single FETs with untrimmed leads
  • 013-0124-01: Integrated circuit adapter that allows connection to multipin device packages. The appropriate multilead socket is plugged into the integrated circuits adapter. The pins are then connected to the collector, base, or emitter terminals by means of the patch cord. A tie point is also provided so that an external power supply or signal source can be conveniently patched to the IC pins
