The Tektronix Kelvin sensing adapters are accessories that fit the test fixtures of the 576, 576/172, 576/176, and 577/177 curve tracers.

  • 013-0100-01: TO3 adapter that can be rewired to accomodate nonstandard configurations
  • 013-0101-00: TO66 adapter
  • 013-0110-00: Stud diode adapter
  • 013-0111-00: Axial lead diode adapter
  • 013-0112-00: TO36 adapter 
  • 013-0127-00: Transistor adapter that accepts long or short transistors. It can be rewired to accomodate nonstandard configurations
  • 013-0138-00: Large in-line adapter that accepts large transistors with in-line leads. Approximate spacing between terminals is 0.18 inch. It is wired for a B‑C‑E terminal configuration but can be easily rewired for the C‑B‑E configuration
  • 013-0139-00: Small in-line adapter that accepts small transistors with in-line leads. Approximate spacing between terminals is 0.09 inch. It is wired for a B‑C‑E terminal configuration but can be easily rewired for the C‑B‑E configuration
