The Tektronix 067-0508-00 is a calibrator that provides a source of voltage from an accurate 50 Ω source resistance to calibrate equipment having a characteristic 50 Ω impedance. The overall accuracy of the voltage is ±0.25%. The 067-0508-00 can also calibrate a high impedance input provided the unit is accurately terminated in a total load of 50 Ω.
