The TR4133B is an ultra-wideband spectrum analyzer which covers from the HF frange through the microwave range in a single unit.

Preselector : Built-in tuned YIG preselector in the 3.5 GHz to 20 GHz band Built-in lowpass filter in the 100 kHz to 3.6 GHz band
Noise sidebands: -80 dBc at a resolution bandwidth of 1 kHz (at 20 kHz from the carrier, with a 10 Hz video filter)
Resolution bandwidth (3dB points): 100 Hz to 1 MHz in 1-3 steps
