This West-Bond 7700B Gold Ball Wire Bonder (s/n 15306) looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some signs of wear. 

We have a technician who refurbishes these machines for us, so we are selling it in working condition. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for him to go thru the machine to make sure it is performing up to factory specs. 

It comes with everything shown, including a B&L SZ4 StereoZoom 4 Microscope (0.7X to 3.0X) with eyepieces, and a Heated Workholder with Temperature Controller, as shown (the microscope, and workholder/controller shown in the photos above are not necessarily the exact ones you will receive; they are shown merely to represent what a complete system will look like). 

Consumables (wire and capillaries) are not included. A list of vendors can be provided.

We can offer a 30-day parts warranty to the 48 contiguous US States only. If it is to be shipped overseas, it can be inspected here at our warehouse before shipment, but once it ships, it is as-is. 

We recommend having the bonder crated for shipment, the cost of which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

  Buyer pays freight plus a fixed handling fee of 40 dollars (for DOMESTIC shipments only - 48 contiguous states excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Freight charges are prepaid and will be billed based on the buyers confirmed shipping address.   California and Texas Sales Tax

  For all California ship-to locations within Santa Clara County, local sales tax applies. For all California ship-to locations out of Santa Clara County, the current basic state tax rate applies. For all Texas orders, the rate of 8.25% will be applied. Orders will be placed on hold for non payment of taxes.
