The MS9710B Spectrum Analyser is a derivative grating type spectrum analyser for analysing spectra in the 600 to 1750 nm band range. It features automatic measurement, automatic peak search, spectral width calculation, marker-to-marker spectral measurement, analysis of SMSR, curve fitting, OBPF testing, envelope analysis, n-dB attenuation, spectral power, WDM wavelength level signal-to-noise ratio, optical amplifier gain, noise figure, passive component testing, and a variety of light source analysis.
