The HP 11665B, an accessory for the 8757 scalar network analyzer, modulates test signals with the 27.8 kHz modulation drive signal from the network analyzer. In the “off” state, the modulator drive signal of the network analyzer turns the 11665B fully on for minimum insertion loss. (Note: The 11665B modulator must be used for the 8340/8341 series synthesizer.)
