Designed for high-speed RS-232 communications, the National Instruments PCIe-8430/8 (Part Number: 780591-01) is a PCI Express based Serial Interface Device. This model can be used as a standard COM port; thus, it supports a broad range of serial communication programs. The NI PCIe-8430/8 comes with 8 non-isolated ports. In addition, this model offers 1000.0 kbaud Max Baud rate and it comes equipped with 128 bytes FIFO.
