The PCIe-8432/4 is a 4-Port Serial Interface Device manufactured by National Instruments. This Serial Interface Device is an isolated, high-performance interface, which is ideal for port-to-port, high-speed communication with RS232 devices. This device is similar to the PCIe-8432/2 but has 4 ports instead of 2. The National Instruments PCIe-8432/4 Serial Interface Device has a PCI Express bus connector and does not have a supported power input. The only required accessory to use this device is an RS232 cable with DB-9 Female to DB-9 Male connections. The cable is available in 1 m, 2 m, or 4 m.
