The Keysight N9040B-544, 3 Hz – 44 GHz Spectrum Analyzer with its dynamic range across 510 MHz bandwidth, allows for the capture of intermittent signals with gap-free real-time spectrum analysis. Capture lower-level spurious signals with an improved DANL low noise path, measure the spectral clarity of your design and enhance the true essence of your design with wider (to 1 GHz) and deeper analysis of the most challenging signals with the Keysight N9040B-544.
