The R6145 Programmable DC Voltage/Current Source is designed to supply power to semiconductor and electronic components, as well as to supply bias power used in DC characteristic tests. It can generate DC voltages from 10 ìV to 60 V and DC currents from 100 nA to 1 A (in the pulse mode).
