The 66000A meets changing requirements in ATE and production test with up to eight easily swappable modules per mainframe. The modular design conserves rack space and simplifies system cabling and assembly. The 66000A is 4 U, 8 slot mainframe that accepts 1 to 8 modules in any combination. Modules are ordered separately.
