The 2000 X-Series is the first instrument in its class to offer an integrated logic timing analyzer. Up until now oscilloscopes in this class have only come with two or four analog channel options. However, digital content is everywhere in the designs of today, and traditional two and four channel oscilloscopes do not always provide enough channels for the job at hand. With an additional eight integrated digital timing channels, you now have up to 12 channels of time-correlated triggering, acquisition and viewing on the same instrument.

This 4 analog plus 8 digital channel MSO model in the InfiniiVision 2000 X-Series offers 50,000 waveforms per second, gives you superior performance and functionality, and investment protection with full upgradability.
