The RTE 1024 is a 200 MHz 4 channel oscilloscope. With a sampling rate of 5 Gsample/s and a memory depth of 10 Msample per channel, it provides excellent performance parameters and offers quick solutions for everyday tasks from embedded design development, to general debugging. With an aquisition rate of more than one million waveforms per second it ensures signal faults are found quickly.
