The 1630D is an interactive state and timing analyzer for use in the design and troubleshooting of digital systems. It performs trace measurements—it can trace the flow of synchronous states in a microprogrammed state machine. It can also trace electrical activity at several points during a period of system operating time. The analyzer can perform both state and timing measurements together, and interactively control the capture of information in each of these two functions.
