Description

The VWR 2300 Water Jacketed CO2 Incubator incorporates advanced microprocessor-controlled technology, offering precise temperature and CO2 control. Its digital display and user-friendly keypad operation allow easy calibration to a reference thermometer and fyrite. Once the desired settings are inputted, the controls function automatically. This incubator employs a TC sensor to accurately regulate and measure CO2 levels with an accuracy of 0.3%. It also provides a temperature range of Ambient +8°C to 60°C. To prevent corrosion and contamination, the VWR 2300 includes an anti-corrosion anode and copper strip within its water jacket.

Additionally, this incubator is equipped with a user-adjustable safety controller, ensuring sample and unit protection in case of a rare malfunction in the main temperature controller. In dual chamber models, the controls and CO2 systems operate independently, allowing separate and simultaneous incubation processes. Safety measures include audible and visual alarms for high/low temperature, high/low CO2 levels, and low water jacket level to maintain laboratory safety and specimen integrity. The unit also features a circuit breaker and a tempered safety glass door for added security.
