The NM (No Maintenance) series of hydrogen generators utilize the latest membrane technology for the safe production of pure hydrogen gas. Electrolytic membrane technology is the preferred choice over alternative hydrogen generation methods due to its efficiency and reliability. These generators operate silently and require only deionized or distilled water, eliminating the need for caustic solutions that could compromise hydrogen purity.
The proprietary auto-drying technology enables a desiccant-free design while ensuring a constant supply of dry, ultra-high purity hydrogen. Both the PG-H2 and NM hydrogen generators feature an auto shutoff procedure that places the units in standby mode in the event of an internal error. Selectable alarms notify users whenever operating conditions deviate from the set parameters.
The NM-H2 Hydrogen Pure Gas Generators enhance the high performance of the PG Plus series by incorporating a unique no-maintenance purification system. They deliver ultra-high purity hydrogen for carrier gas and detector gas applications, including MS.
Multiple generators can be connected in parallel, a process known as cascading, to distribute the gas generation load efficiently. A master/slave setup builds in spare capacity, ensuring an uninterrupted hydrogen supply. The NM-H2 generators are the only models on the market that automatically cascade without requiring lab personnel intervention, guaranteeing continuous and reliable laboratory operation.
