National Instruments PXI-6552 Digital Waveform Instrument
The National Instruments PXI-6552 (Part numbers: 778539-01, 778539-02, and 778539-03) Digital Waveform Instrument uses programmable and adaptable voltage levels with control per cycle, per bidirectional channel. The NI PXI 6552 contains a higher limit inner memory with trigger and pattern sequence. This PXI Digital Waveform Instrument can be used to portray, approve, and test digital hardware and bidirectional communication. This model also offers Dynamic Generation. When performing dynamic age, a NI digital waveform generator/analyzer produces data through an integrated impedance framework that consists of 50 Ω output impedance, at 50 Ω cable, and at 50 Ω accessory. Depending on the loading of the gadget, the user may require extra parallel termination resistance at the destination for optimal signal quality.
The Logic Analyzer of the NI PXI-6552 gives 100MHz clock rates for analyzing the timing and state information of an extensive variety of computerized hardware. The different triggering alternatives combined with the profound memory of the digital instrument implies that the user can be sure to catch enough information to thoroughly analyze and debug the gadget. With the multi-record triggering, the user can catch data around repeating events without building up a complex successive triggering or rearming the logic analyzer. The NI PXI-6552 offers programmable voltage levels in 10 mV steps, making the module perfect for investigating an extensive variety of logic families and for utilizing the gadget with the provided 10:1 passive attenuators. The device is equipped with 3 SMB jack and 1 68-pin VHDCI connector.
On a per-channel basis, the user can automatically design stations to drive information to the DUT through a similar flying-lead link. The user can set channels for pattern generation while they utilize another arrangement of channels to secure information.
The PXI-6552 is run using the NI-HSDIO driver software and is compatible with application development environments (ADEs) such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, or Measurement Studio. The device can be configured using the Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) tool.
The NI device weighs 13.2 oz, and measures 7.32 x 5.16 in. in physical dimensions. It has a recommended operating temperature range of 0 °C to 55 °C, and a storage temperature range of -20 °C to 70 °C.
