The HP 33250A is an 80 MHz Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generator offers a full set of functions as well as versatile waveforms, with 12 bit resolution and a 200 MS/s sampling rate. In addition, the 33250A can generate waveforms up to 50 MHz with variable edge time. Built-in modulation capabilities (AM, FM, FSK, burst - all internal amp; external) and both linear and log sweeps further expand your test possibilities without requiring additonal generators.
