Arbitrary/Function Waveform Generator 15MHz
The Agilent (now Keysight) 33120A function/arbitrary waveform generator uses direct digital-synthesis techniques to create a stable, accurate output signal for clean, low-distortion sine waves. It also gives you fast rise and fall-time square waves, and linear ramp waveforms down to 10 mHz.
15 MHz sine and square wave outputs

Sample rate: 40 MSa/s
Max. 4 user-defined signalforms with waveform lengt 16,000-point deep
Apmlitude output:
50 mV peak to peak to 10 V peak to peak on 50 W, in blank running 100 mV peak to peak to 20 V peak to peak
Low disortion: klirrgrad < 0.04 %
