National Instruments cRIO-9054 CompactRIO Controller

The National Instruments cRIO-9054 (Part Number: 786425-01) is a 4-Slot, rugged CompactRIO Controller. This Controller comes equipped with an integrated FPGA and a Dual-Core processor. The NI cRIO-9054 supports programming through LabVIEW FPGA and NI-DAQmax per module slot. This CompactRIO Controller can be deployed in various industrial environments, since it is designed to operate within a temperature range of -20 to 55 °C. 

The NI cRIO-9054 CompactRIO Controller incorporates Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) technology for deterministic communication and distributed synchronization. The CPU in this CompactRIO Controller can operate with a maximum clock rate of 1.33 GHz and has two cores. This CompactRIO Controller can be considered for a variety of hardware-extensive control applications, since it comes equipped with 2 gigabytes of dynamic RAM (DRAM). 

The National Instruments cRIO-9054 CompactRIO Controller features 4 GB of internal storage and has a front-panel MicroSD card slot as well. The MicroSD card slot allows the addition or removal of storage media as required. This rugged CompactRIO Controller comes with 1 USB 3.1 port and 1 USB 2.0 port. The USB 2.0 port incorporated in the cRIO-9054 is a Type-C device port, whereas the USB 3.1 port is a Type C host port.

The NI cRIO-9054 CompactRIO Controller supports networking over LAN and has 2 RJ45 standard LAN ports on the front panel. These ports enable the NI cRIO-9054 to communicate with the host computer and other devices in a networked control system. This CompactRIO Controller has 4 general-purpose counters as well.
