The cRIO-9041 (Part number: 786369-01) is a 4-slot CompactRIO Controller manufactured by National Instruments. The user can customize this device with ease. The cRIO-9041 supports Time Sensitive Networking, which makes it ideal for various advanced applications. This Controller is used for precise and synchronized measurements. The cRIO-9041 also supports deterministic communication. The cRIO-9041 is also used for control, data logging, and embedded monitoring. A local human-machine interface can be added through the USB port. The USB port can additionally be used to program and debug software. The cRIO 9041 incorporates an Intel Atom E3930 processor. It is a dual-core processor with 2 MB L2 cache. The base CPU frequency is 1.3 GHz. The cRIO-9041 CompactRIO Controller features an onboard Xilinx FPGA chipset. The type of FPGA is Kintex-7 7K70T. The FPGA has 82,000 flip-flops. The NI cRIO-9041 also has a frequency generator. It has three base clocks of fixed frequencies, which are 20 MHz, 10 MHz, and 100 kHz. The output of the frequency generator can be transmitted to any PFI terminal.
