National Instruments cRIO-9037 CompactRIO Controller

The cRIO-9037 (Part number: 784549-01) is an 8-slot CompactRIO Controller manufactured by National Instruments. This model is used in Monitoring and control applications. The cRIO-9037 features an RT processor and reconfigurable FPGA chipset. The cRIO-9037 also has Wi-Fi connectivity, so it can be connected to other Wi-Fi devices, HMI, and cloud through Wi-Fi. This model offers motion and vision control. A mini display port is also available. This Controller is compatible with several software types. The NI cRIO-9037 is configurable in MAX and supports ARM, Xilinx, and Intel as well. All these features make the Controller ideal for multifunction applications. 

The cRIO-9037 CompactRIO Controller features several ports and connectors, such as two Gigabit Ethernet ports. These ports have RJ-45 connectors. These ports are enabled by default. The cRIO 9037 can automatically read the IP address. This model supports wireless networking over Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi mode is disabled by default. The user needs to turn on the Wi-Fi when required. The radio mode of the NI cRIO 9037 is IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n. The frequency bands supported are 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz. This device has a 4-pin power connector. Primary and secondary power supplies are connected to the Controller through this connector.

The cRIO-9037 CompactRIO Controller incorporates an Intel Atom E3825 processor. It is a dual-core processor with 1.33 MHz clock frequency and 1 MB cache memory. The onboard FPGA chipset on this device is a Kintex-7 7K160T. This FPGA has 11.7 Mbits of block RAM. The FPGA has 16 DMA channels and 32 logical interrupts. The cRIO-9037 also incorporates an internal RT clock. The accuracy of this clock is 200 ppm. The cRIO-9037 also features serial ports and USB ports for communication and data transfer.
