National Instruments cRIO-9035 CompactRIO Controller

The cRIO-9035 (Part numbers: 784774-01 and 783848-01) is an embedded CompactRIO Controller. The developer of this Controller is National Instruments. This model is available in two versions. These versions are the cRIO-9035 sync and the cRIO-9035. As the name implies, the first version features a synchronization feature. The second version does not feature synchronization. Both versions of the Controller are collectively referred to as the cRIO-9035. This model is a highly rugged Controller offering motion vision, HMI, modular I/O, and many other advanced features. The cRIO-9035 can be customized and reconfigured to design complex control systems.    

The cRIO-9035 CompactRIO Controller supports the NI Linux real-time operating system. The cRIO 9035 supports the 64-bit version of the Linux RT OS. The module can run several application-software types of LabVIEW. The Controller supports LabVIEW, the LabVIEW RT module, and the LabVIEW FPGA module. The NI cRIO 9035 also supports C/C++ development tools. The cRIO 9035 NI is not compatible with versions of the software that are older than 2014. The driver software of the cRIO-9035 is the NI-RIO device driver. The supported driver version is NI-RIO 2015 or later. This model features an FPGA chipset, which is a Kintex-7 70T FPGA.

The cRIO-9035 CompactRIO Controller has an Intel dual-core processor. The processor type is Atom E3825. The module has two Ethernet ports. These ports support a cable length up to 100 m. The Controller also features two serial ports. The baud rate of these ports is up to 115,200 kbps. Three USB ports are also available. The cRIO-9035 can transfer data through these ports at a speed up to 480 Mb/sec.
